My name is Aryel Sawdey, I am a Doula and Certified Lactation Specialist. But in this season of life really focusing on Overnight support and how I can ensure Mothers are receiving adequate help and sleep in the most daunting hours of the night.
After having experienced two labors of my own, I know first hand how intensely challenging the process can be, but also how rewarding and fulfilling it can be as well. My goal is to help every mother achieve a loving and empowering postpartum period as well as a successful breastfeeding journey. I firmly believe knowledge is power and together I hope to cultivate your support group and work together for the care your family deserves.

An overnight doula is a postpartum professional who provides in-home support for families after the birth of their baby. Overnight doulas work through the night to care for your newborn while you get the sleep you need!

Our overnight doulas provide a variety of services, including:

• Overnight feedings (bottle and breastfeeding support)

• Diapering

• Bathing

• Soothing

• Organization and tidying of nursery

• Baby laundry

• Emotional support

These are just a few of the services we can provide for you. If you need help with something, ask your overnight doula! We’ll either be able to do the task for you or point you in the right direction.
